This classic BLT is made from Farm Assured British streaky bacon, which is cured for 5 days and beech smoked. The bacon is sliced wafer thin and then grilled until dark and crispy. We add five thick slices of tomato and our crunchy leaf mix, grown throughout the summer months in sunny Hampshire. Our BLT tastes crisp and fresh because it is made daily in our shop kitchens by our team members. It hasn’t been made by robots and distributed in an articulated lorry....
