Our ham is made from Farm Assured UK pork and marinated in a type of brine called a Wiltshire cure for up to 5 days. This is an ancient recipe using no phosphates. The hams are then gently roasted to keep them succulent and delicious. Cut into 4 this sandwich looks attractive, but children beware: Don’t let a grown-up try it or it will be gone in a flash!
