Berry Blast Smoothie Recipe
A quick and simple way to make a summer berry smoothie. A handful of raspberries, chopped mango and blackberries blended to perfection.
Suitable for Vegans
250ml apple juice (go for the fresh stuff)
¼ cup of mango, peeled
¼ cup of raspberries, washed
¼ cup of blackberries, washed
Optional garnish – raspberries
Chop the mango.
Combine all of the fruit into one portion and pop into a freezer bag.
Freeze your fruit so you don't need to add ice.
(This will make your smoothie lovely and thick, not watery.)
Pour all of the fresh apple juice into a blender.
Add your frozen fruit smoothie mix.
For an extra thick smoothie, add fresh raspberries.
Blend to perfection.
Serve and garnish with raspberries. Brrr-illiant.
