Berry Blast Smoothie Recipe

A quick and simple way to make a summer berry smoothie. A handful of raspberries, chopped mango and blackberries blended to perfection.

Suitable for Vegans

Ingredients

  • 250ml apple juice (go for the fresh stuff)

  • ¼ cup of mango, peeled

  • ¼ cup of raspberries, washed

  • ¼ cup of blackberries, washed

  • Optional garnish – raspberries

Method

Prep:

  1. Chop the mango.

  2. Combine all of the fruit into one portion and pop into a freezer bag.

  3. Freeze your fruit so you don't need to add ice.

(This will make your smoothie lovely and thick, not watery.)

Make it:

  1. Pour all of the fresh apple juice into a blender.

  2. Add your frozen fruit smoothie mix.

  3. For an extra thick smoothie, add fresh raspberries.

  4. Blend to perfection.

  5. Serve and garnish with raspberries. Brrr-illiant.
