Mango Chia Pot Recipe
Make this super simple Chia Pot recipe at home.

36g Black Chia Seeds
36ml Apple Juice
216g Coconut Yoghurt
30g Fresh Mango
20g Pomegranate Seeds
Any other toppings you fancy such as fruit,
Nuts or chocolate
Mix the chia seeds, water and apple juice together and place in a container in the fridge for at least 4 hours (or overnight). The seeds will swell, and the mixture will turn into a gel consistency.
Mix the soaked chia seed mixture with the coconut yoghurt until thoroughly combined.
Scoop the mix evenly into 4 small bowls or glasses.
Cut the fresh mango into small pieces and sprinkle on top along with the pomegranate seeds.
Add any other toppings that you like!
