Mango Chia Pot Recipe

Make this super simple Chia Pot recipe at home.

Serves 4

Suitable for Vegans



  • 36g Black Chia Seeds

  • 144ml Water

  • 36ml Apple Juice

  • 216g Coconut Yoghurt

  • 30g Fresh Mango

  • 20g Pomegranate Seeds

  • Any other toppings you fancy such as fruit,

  • Nuts or chocolate


  1. Mix the chia seeds, water and apple juice together and place in a container in the fridge for at least 4 hours (or overnight). The seeds will swell, and the mixture will turn into a gel consistency.

  2. Mix the soaked chia seed mixture with the coconut yoghurt until thoroughly combined.

  3. Scoop the mix evenly into 4 small bowls or glasses.

  4. Cut the fresh mango into small pieces and sprinkle on top along with the pomegranate seeds.

  5. Add any other toppings that you like!
