Passion Pop Recipe
A delicious and easy-to-make tropical smoothie. Pineapple, passion fruit, mango and mint blended with a splash of apple juice.
Suitable for Vegans
Ingredients
250ml apple juice (as fresh as you can get)
¼ cup of pineapple
100ml passion fruit puree
¼ cup of mango
Optional garnish – mint leaves
Method
Prep:
Wash, peel and chop your fruit.
Combine the fruit into one portion and pop into a freezer bag.
Freeze your fruit so you don't need to add ice.
(This will make your smoothie lovely and thick, not watery.)
Make it:
Pour 250ml of fresh apple juice into your blender.
Add your frozen fruit smoothie mix and 100ml of passion fruit puree.
For a thicker smoothie, just add fresh pineapple.
Blend until deliciously smooth.
Top with fresh mint leaves and enjoy. Frrr-uity.
