Food & Menu

Where can I find out about the allergens, nutritionals and ingredients in a product?

A breakdown of each product's allergens, nutritional information and ingredients can be found on our individual product pages via our menu.

Why can't I find my favourite products in certain shops?

There could be a number of reasons why you can't find a particular product. Not every shop sells the same products or it might have been de-listed. Please check our menu to see which products are currently being sold (dependent on availability).

Why does Pret stop making certain recipes?

We try to keep our menu fresh and introduce new, exciting flavours and recipes with every menu launch. We have five launches a year, and we try to keep our recipes seasonal. For example, we will only use asparagus when they're in season, because that's when we get the best quality.

Which ingredients are pasteurised?

All of our cheeses are made using pasteurised milk. The eggs we use are pasteurised, including our mayonnaise. All milk used in our yoghurt is pasteurised, and our coconut yoghurt is pasteurised too.

Which products are made on-site in shop kitchens?

All of our sandwiches, baguettes, wraps, salads and breakfast pots are freshly made in our shops, every day.

Coffee & Drinks

Is your coffee organic and where does it come from?

Yes, we can proudly say our coffee is organic. It's from Sumatra, Ethiopia, Honduras and Peru. Find out more about Pret's organic coffee.

Why are lot of your hot drinks only available as one size?

We use one cup size to make sure we're as efficient as possible and to keep the choice simple for our customers. It also means we can be confident that every cup of coffee has the ideal coffee to milk ratio.

Why do the prices for your different coffees vary?

Our prices are based on the cost of raw materials, packaging, and barista effort. This is why the prices of our hot drinks differ.

Customer Service

I'd like to return an item I purchased.

We’d like you to be happy with everything you buy from Pret. Should you change your mind about your purchase, please return the unused product with your proof of purchase within 30 days, and we’ll happily offer a replacement or refund. Please be aware that some products have different return time limits and exceptions when you change your mind. We ask that perishable food items are returned within their use by date if this is stated on the product or on the same day of purchase. No refunds or returns are given for promotional vouchers.

For delivery cancellations please refer our order online FAQs. If you have ordered via one of our delivery partners (such as Uber Eats or Deliveroo) please refer to their terms and conditions via their app/website for more details.
