Vegan Christmas Nut Roast

Roasted butternut squash, peppery rocket and Christmas pesto made with pine nuts, chestnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, parsley & rosemary. Served with a spoonful of vegan sage mayo, crispy onions and caramelised pecans.
