Strawberry & Banana Smoothie Recipe

Make your own classic fruit smoothie. Strawberries, banana, apple and tangy lemon mixed with apple juice.

Suitable for Vegans



  • 250ml apple juice (freshly pressed)

  • ¼ cup strawberries, washed

  • ¼ cup banana, peeled

  • Fresh lemon juice

  • Optional garnish – strawberries



  1. Chop the strawberry and banana.

  2. Combine the chopped fruit into one portion and pop into a freezer bag.

  3. Freeze your fruit so you don't need to add ice.

(This will make your smoothie lovely and thick, not watery.)

Make it:

  1. Pour all of the fresh apple juice into a blender.

  2. Add your frozen fruit smoothie mix.

  3. If you fancy a thicker smoothie, just add a fresh banana.

  4. Whizz up in the blender.

  5. Serve and add a fresh strawberry for garnish. Perfect for Brrr-eakfast.
