Full Terms & Conditions

  1. The Promotion will take place across the Promoter’s Twitter, Instagram and Facebook channels (“Social Channels”) only: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter

  2. This promotion is open to those who are at least 18 years old and are residents of United Kingdom excluding employees of the Promoter, their families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners), agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.

  3. No purchase necessary. Internet access and a valid account for one of the Social Channels is required.

  4. To enter: The Promoter will place a post regarding this Promotion on the Social Channels (the “Post”) on Friday 9 October 2020. Participants must comment on the Post and tag up to 5 of their contacts with whom they would share the prize with to enter (“an “Entry”). Only one Entry per social media account per Social Channel will be included in the prize draw.

  5. There are 5 prizes of £50 Pret orders to be won. The prizes will be delivered to the Participant’s chosen address which must be within 5 miles of a Pret shop. Any winners selected who provide an address outside of this radius will not be eligible for the prize and will not obtain any alternative prize. If a winner is selected who is not eligible, additional Entries will be selected until all 5 prizes have been fulfilled in accordance with these terms. The £50 order value can be placed entirely on Pret products and there will be no additional cost for delivery. There is no cash alternative.

  6. Entries must be made before 11am on Monday 12 October 2020 “Entry Period”.

  7. After this, all valid Entries will be placed into a prize draw and 5 winners will be selected at random from the valid Entries. Winners will be contacted via the account used to enter the Promotion in order to fulfil delivery of the prize.

  8. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 24 hours to fulfil the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

  9. The winner must select their prize order by 14th October with all prizes being delivered by 21st October at the latest. Deliveries will be made between 7am and 9pm on the winner’s chosen delivery date.

  10. We reserve the right to provide an alternative prize in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

  11. By entering, participants consent to the Promoter contacting them if they are the winner and requesting their personal details in order to fulfil the prize only.

  12. The winners may be required to participate in related publicity without further reward.

  13. Entries submitted outside of the Entry Period will not be valid.

  14. Entries via the Social Channels are made subject to the respective terms of use of the relevant Social Channels.

  15. Any bulk Entries, Entries from agents, third parties, syndicates, organized groups or Entries automatically generated by a computer, programme, application, script or any automatic method will not be accepted. Any person or institutions trying to circumvent this condition by any method, including but not limited to using multiple Facebook, Twitter or Instagram accounts, will be disqualified along with all Entries from associated accounts.

  16. The Promoter's decision is final in all matters pertaining to the promotion.

  17. The Promoter has the right to vary, amend or terminate the Promotion in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control.

  18. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no liability for any damage, loss or injury suffered due to entering this promotion.

  19. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with the Social Channels and by entering this Promotion, participants hereby release the Social Channels from any liability in respect of this Promotion.

  20. Any person posting, or seen to be posting, comments to the Promoter’s Social Channels during the Promotion will have their comments removed and any associated Entries invalidated and will be disqualified from the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to alert the Social Channels to any such behaviour, which may result in the person’s account being frozen pending investigation.

  21. Limitations of liability: insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for: a. any faulty, incorrect, failed, erroneous or failed electronic data transmissions; or b. line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of this promotion causing delays or disruption; or c. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof.

  22. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the Promotion unless further notified.

  23. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

  24. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of England and any disputes as to the meaning of these Terms and Conditions with be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
