1. This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion. 2. Internet access, a valid Twitter account are required. Only one entry per Twitter account. Winners will be required to have a Just Eat account. 3. Geographical restrictions apply to the Prize – see below. 4. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Twitter and by entering this Promotion, participants hereby release Twitter from any liability in respect of this Promotion. 5. To participate: Participants will need to post a tweet on Twitter and tag @Pret and the person they are nominating to receive the Prize in their post. In the tweet, you will need to nominate someone who you think deserves a Prize and explain why. You will also need to use the hashtag #TheGiftofPret. 6. The Promoter will review all nominations and select 100 winners at the Promoter’s sole discretion. Winners will be the people nominated in the tweets and not those responsible for posting the tweet. 7. The Prize: One £10 voucher to use when ordering Pret a Manger at www.just-eat.co.uk or via the Just Eat app (“Prize”). There are 100 Prizes to be won. Only one Prize per winner. The Prize will be in the form of a code and will be subject to Just Eat’s terms and conditions of use of their service.. 8. A minimum order of £10 of Pret a Manger Products must be placed in order to redeem the Prize excluding delivery or service charges. 9. The Prizes must be redeemed by 23:59pm on 21 May 2020. 10. Winners will need to input their code into the Voucher Code section when completing their order via Just Eat. 11. The Prizes can only be redeemed against orders from Pret a Manger via Just Eat which are restricted to limited shops and a limited delivery radius from each Pret shop. The Prize has a value of £10 which can only be redeemed against Pret a Manger’s products. The Winner will need to fund any order amount above £10 as well as the delivery and/or service charges. Just Eat orders where the Prize is redeemed will be subject to the normal terms and conditions of Just Eat. 14.Promotion period: Participants must post their nomination tweets between 9am on 14th May and 5pm on 14th May. 15. Within 2 working days of the closing date, the Promoter will select the 100 winners and contact them via direct message on Twitter to arrange fulfilment of the Prize. 16. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter’s message within 72 hours of it being sent, the Promoter reserves the right to select a replacement winner. 17. All entries on Twitter will be subject to Twitter’s terms of use. 18. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the promotion. 19.
