This new creation was made by Zoe, our Executive Chef, who drew on the flavours of an Italian summer to bring something new to the menu - a baguette designed to feel like a little holiday in your lunch break, even on the busiest of days in the office.
A note from Zoe...
"This is inspired by an Italian classic - nothing fussy, just incredible-quality ingredients. We use mortadella produced in Italy, paired with creamy mozzarella, pistachios, pesto and fresh rocket. It’s the perfect summer lunch, designed to transport you straight back to your Italian adventures!"
