Now arriving: Pret at Heathrow Terminal 5

27 July 2026: Pret A Manger has today opened its new flagship shop in Terminal 5 - its ninth at Heathrow - marking another milestone in its long-standing partnership with the world’s most connected airport.

Located in the terminal’s busy arrivals hall, which is one of the largest food and drinks areas in a European airport, customers can enjoy Pret’s full range of barista-prepared drinks and freshly made food, including Super Plates and Protein Pots.

The shop is equipped with mobile handheld tills, helping the stores 40 Team Members quickly serve customers in this high footfall location. It will also have seating for 104 people. As with all Pret shops, food is freshly made onsite in Pret’s 24-hour kitchen at Heathrow, producing 7,000 items a day.

The opening reflects the business’ continued investment in travel locations across the UK. In the last two years, Pret has opened 158 shops globally, including 86 in travel locations. In total, the Pret estate now encompasses 259 shops in leading airports, stations and motorway service areas around the world.
