As the days get cooler and autumn cravings kick in, Pret A Manger is giving customers more to look forward to this season, with great value offers, cosy new food and indulgent seasonal drinks landing in shops nationwide from 8th September.
More choices for £4.99
At the heart of the autumn launch is the Pick your Pair lunch deal, giving customers the opportunity to mix-and-match new and favourite mains for just £4.99. Available across a selection of half baguettes, half sandwiches, half flatbreads, side soups, side salads and protein pots, the offer gives customers more choice over what they fancy, whenever they’re stopping by Pret.
Whether it’s a half sandwich and soup for a warming lunch, a protein pot and side salad for a lighter option, customers can create their own combination for under £5.
Cosying up lunchtime
Pret is turning up the heat with a brand-new range of Warm Ciabattas, bringing comforting, satisfying and seriously melty flavours to lunchtime as the weather cools.
The new range includes the Warm Chicken Caesar Bacon Ciabatta, a hot and melty take on a Pret favourite (the Chicken Caesar Bacon Baguette); the Warm Beef Birria & Jalapeño Ciabatta, packed with tender beef and a spicy kick; and the Warm Three Cheese & Tomato Ciabatta, combining three cheeses with roasted tomatoes, basil and red tapenade. The new Ciabatta bread has been developed exclusively for Pret, with a light, airy texture that makes it an irresistible companion to hot, comforting lunches.
Autumm at Pret wouldn't be complete without new additions to the seasonal soup daily rota: Creamy Roast Chicken, Butter Chicken, a new and improved Souper Tomato recipe, along with the return of Mushroom Risotto and Lasagne.
Autumnal flavours in every cup
Pret’s Barista-made drinks are getting a seasonal upgrade this autumn, with the brand-new Toasted Marshmallow range joining the return of the classic Pumpkin Spice Latte.
The new Toasted Marshmallow Latte combines espresso with steamed milk and a light layer of foam with toasted marshmallow flavour, finished with a swirl of marshmallow-flavoured whipped cream. Chocolate lovers can opt for the new Toasted Marshmallow Hot Chocolate, topped with the same marshmallow-flavoured cream and a dusting of chocolate.
All Barista-made drinks are available to enjoy in Regular size or new Large size.
Seasonal pastries and more
There’s plenty more to discover across Pret’s autumn menu, with a new range of hot savoury pastries, freshly baked cookies, a new porridge flavour and sweet treats joining the line-up.
From 11:30am in participating shops, customers can enjoy the golden, flaky Spinach & Feta Pastry or Bacon, Cheese & Jalapeño Pastry for something savoury with a little heat.
For those with a sweet tooth, the Loaded Chocolate Chunk Banana Bread is a must try, topped with miso caramel glaze and caramelised flaked almonds. Pret is also upgrading its cookie range, introducing a new Chocolate Hazelnut Praline Cookie and Triple Chocolate Cookie, alongside an improved recipe for the Raspberry & White Chocolate Cookie and Chocolate Chunk Cookie.
Available throughout the morning, Pret’s new Banana Cinnamon Porridge combines the popular Proper Porridge with freshly sliced banana, cinnamon and brown sugar.
Additional ways to enjoy Pret for less
Pret is giving customers even more ways to enjoy their favourite freshly made food for less, with 50% off eligible food during the final hour of the shop’s opening hours at participating shops. All freshly made food is included, making it a great-value option for an early evening meal, snack or pre-gym pick-me-up.
Pret is also making its Blue Light Card discount permanent, following a limited-time trial earlier this year. Blue Light Card holders will continue to receive 10% off their Pret favourites at participating shops across the UK, from freshly made food to coffee.

Creamy Roast Chicken: A comforting soup made with roast chicken, cream, potatoes and vegetables – finished with herbs and a touch of garlic.
Butter Chicken: Tender chicken, red pepper and black lentils in a rich, butter masala curry soup and gently spiced with garlic, ginger, garam masala and fragrant spices.
