This promotion is open to residents of United Kingdom excluding employees of the Promoter, their families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners), agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
To enter the Promotion, participants must, between midnight on 7th December 2020 and midnight on 31st December 2020 (“Promotional Period”), sign up to the Promoter’s email database to receive emails on the Pret Foundation.
The prize consists of one year’s subscription to the YourPret Barista (“Prize”) that can be used in UK Pret a Manger shops (exclusions apply). The Prize is subject to its own terms and conditions, including shop exclusions, which can be found here: https://www.pret.co.uk/en-GB/legal.
The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.
No purchase necessary. Internet access, a valid email address and a valid Facebook account are required.
One winner will be randomly selected from valid participants within 60 days after the Promotional Period and notified via email to arrange receipt of the Prize.
The winner will be required to provide their name, address and mobile number in order to receive the Prize. If the first winner does not respond to the message within 5 calendar days of it being sent, they will forfeit the prize and another winner will be randomly selected on the same terms until the Prize has been validly claimed.
Entries submitted outside of the Promotional Period will not be valid.
Any bulk email registrations, email registrations from agents, bartering for email registrations, exchanging of email registrations, purchasing of registrations, third parties, syndicates, organised groups or email registrations automatically generated by a computer, programme, application, script or any automatic method will not be accepted. Any person or institutions trying to circumvent this condition by any method, including but not limited to using multiple Facebook accounts and multiple email accounts, will be disqualified along with all votes from associated accounts.
The Promoter's decision is final in all matters pertaining to the Promotion.
The Promoter has the right to vary, amend or terminate the Promotion in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no liability for any damage, loss or injury suffered due to entering this promotion.
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook and by entering this Promotion voters hereby release Facebook from any liability in respect of this Promotion.

Limitations of liability: insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter does not assume any responsibility or liability for: a. any incorrect or inaccurate email registrations, or for any faulty, incorrect, failed, erroneous or failed electronic data transmissions; or b. line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of this promotion causing delays or disruption; or c. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof.
The Promoter will only use the personal data supplied for the administration of the Promotion.
If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of England and any disputes as to the meaning of these Terms and Conditions with be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
