11 June 2020: Pret A Manger has launched a Heat Me At Home range, featuring Pret recipes customers know and love, ready to enjoy at home.

The range is made up of two of Pret’s Macaroni Cheese products; a meaty option with Italian prosciutto, and a vegetarian option, topped with British kale and cauliflower. It also features three of Pret’s most popular soups; Pea & Mint, Pret’s Mushroom Risotto and Chicken & Butternut Risotto.

All are available for takeaway in re-opened Pret shops around the country, and for delivery through Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat, depending on the shop’s location. Veggie Pret shops will also stock the vegetarian options.

With customers missing their Pret favourites or struggling with inspiration to make their own lockdown lunches, the range of Heat Me At Home soups are an easy way to take the pressure off. Soups can be warmed quickly on the hob or in a microwave and enjoyed alongside a buttered piece of sourdough bread for a light lunch in between video calls.

Pret’s Heat Me At Home Macaroni Cheese Kale & Cauli combines pasta with a mature Cheddar béchamel sauce, kale and cauliflower, finished with Italian matured cheese, while the meaty version substitutes the kale for Italian prosciutto. Both are perfect comfort foods for a rainy day pick-me-up.

The Heat Me At Home range is part of Pret’s plans to adapt to an environment where more people are working from home. In May, the company also launched its first retail coffee range, including three organic coffee products now which are now on sale on Amazon UK and in Pret shops.
