How we're keeping our customers and teams safe

In these challenging times, nothing is more important than the safety of our customers and teams.

Next time you visit us, you might notice some changes. Here are just some of the measures we’ve put in place in our shops:

  • Floor markers in place for social distancing

  • Protective screens installed at our tills

  • Face coverings required for teams and customers (unless eating in)

  • Contact tracing systems are in place in all shops

  • Surfaces cleaned and hands washed at least every 30 minutes

  • To keep our teams safe, we have limited people behind the counter so we might ask you to wait a little longer than usual.
